I have worked with Elaine for years as a competitive cyclist. She has helped me quickly return to competition after a quad injury, an achilles/plantar fascia issue and most recently hip pain. Treatment sessions include several techniques that focus on the kinetic chain of movement and as well as development of a strong home exercise plan- specific to each injury. Elaine sees every athlete in my family- a basketball player, downhill skier and top level runner- we have all experienced the same timely results.
